Feature of the Multi Forming Machine
º- Maching of precise parts : Available for economic mass production of parts for electronics, home appliances and automobiles, and other precise, components.

BENDING SLIDE부 / BENDING SLIDE UNIT
º- Multi Forming M/C의 특징인 이 Unit는 Push CAM, Back CAM에 의해
절곡 Punch가 전후운동을 하며 미세조정 Bolt로 상사점과 하사점 조정이
가능합니다.
º- As an important unit of multi forming machine, it allows the bending punch to be taken up and down by push cam and back cam, of which the top and bottom dead centers are finely adjusted by the adjusting bolt.
BASIC TOOL부 / BASIC TOOL UNIT
º- 절곡의 구성을 표준화한 Punch의 움직임을 정확하게 하고 전면의 Guide Block과 Disk Plate, 그리고 Rear CAM 3가지로 구성되어 있으며, 금형교환을 용이하게 할 수 있습니다.
º- This basic tool unit featuring accurate punch works standardized for construction of bending consists of three sections such as front guide block, disk plate and rear cam, which is designed to easily replace molds.
BENDING부 / BENDING UNIT
º- 어떠한 제품의 형상도 가공할 수 있도록 Slide 부착이 용이하며 최고 11Set 까지 부착이 가능합니다.
º- This bending unit is designed to easily set slides up to 11Sets which are available for maching a variety of forms.
PRESS부 / PRESS UNIT
º- 편심 Shaft기구로서 정밀한 Stamping을 할 수 있습니다.
º- As an off-center unit, it is available for precise stamping.
FEEDING부 / FEEDING UNIT
º- Coil 형상의 선재와 판재를 정해진 치수에 따라 Crank의 원리로 Clamping하여 정확한 이송을 시켜주며, 그 정도는 0.01mm 이하로 가능합니다.
º- The feeding unit with accuracy less than 0.01mm clamps and feed coil-shaped wire and sheet rolls in preset size in accordance with a crank principle.
